About the project:Development of a single window for employees of the call center of top-5 bank legal entities. The system is a single window of the Employee, in which the User has the opportunity to both consult on issues of interest to the Client, and to sell on an incoming call. The system allows the Bank employee to communicate with the Client by processing requests received via the Incoming telephony line or Chat.
TasksCreation of a CTI software telephony panel (integration with telephony, implementation of all standard functions: connecting an operator to a telephone exchange, dialing a number, hold, break, call transfer, call termination, etc.).Integration of CTI panels and Avaya POM (outbound dialing system) and SFA (CRM system for legal entities)
Requirements:Experience in the development and approval of TOR, FSD, Architecture and OTARExperience in testing and implementation of telecommunications software, analysis and correction of defectsExperience in telephony (development, architecture, implementation) at least 3 yearsExperience with CTI and Avaya POM systems is desirable
