If the Customer uses this service within the framework of the maintenance contract, then he is provided with the update of the MIS software in the event of changes in federal regulations (Orders of the Ministry of Health, Orders of FFOMS), which were declared in the MIS documentation as supported by the system. In the event that any normative document supported by the MIS is changed, for example, the accounting form, reporting form or requirements for maintaining medical records or the work of employees are changed, the Contractor undertakes at his own expense to carry out the necessary improvements to the MIS and provide a new version of the system to the Customer.
Modification of the IIA in connection with the change in the integration profiles of the Unified State Health Information SystemThe MIS software includes integration with various federal services of the Unified State Health Information System (EHISZ) as part of its functionality. For example, KIIS Electronic Registry supports integration with the Federal Electronic Registry.
This service means that the Contractor undertakes to make changes to the MIS in the event that any of the federal services of the Unified State Information System supported by the MIS are made changes that require revision or changes to the MIS itself. For example, these can be changes in integration protocols, data exchange formats, versions of integration profiles or applied standards, etc.
Modification of MIS according to customer requirementsDuring the operation of the MIS, situations inevitably arise when the Customer needs to make changes in the MIS software. The “Request for Change” service allows you to formulate such a request, but it does not guarantee that the necessary improvements will be made.
On the contrary, the service “Refinement of MIS according to customer requirements” allows not only to formulate and send a proposal for revision to the Contractor, but also guarantees the implementation of such a proposal according to the “Terms of Reference” and terms agreed by both parties.
This service is limited. This means that each revision will be assessed by the Contractor in man-hours required to complete the entire revision cycle, including task analysis and development of technical specifications, code changes, testing, documentation and release preparation. The corresponding contract for technical support between the Contractor and the Customer will provide for the maximum limit of improvements in man-hours that the Customer can use. No revisions will be made above this indicator. At the same time, the presence of a limit does not mean that the Contractor is obliged to make changes in this amount. The limit is precisely the maximum limit of the permissible costs on the part of the Contractor for the implementation of the customer's requirements.
