Senior can count on an income of 45,000-60,000 rubles, and in the regions they receive from 30,000 to 45,000 rubles.
Most often, technical support is attended by students without work experience who plan to build a career in the IT field in the future. The position of a technical support specialist is a good start and an opportunity to gain experience and knowledge in order to further retrain in another specialty.
Career growth is possible either within the IT department of the company through advanced training and transfer from one level to another, or by transferring to another position. More than a third of specialists after several years of work in technical support become system administrators, and this area of activity is one of the most demanded Internet professions .
If we talk about the place of work of technical support specialists, then they are needed by Internet providers, manufacturers of technical equipment and software, in banks and in any other large company, because now nowhere can you do without office equipment.
